A Little About Me
I am a USA securities/enforcement attorney concentrating on assisting innovators in emerging areas of the financial markets. Admitted to practice in New York, Wyoming, Tennessee, Arkansas and DC. Practice emphases on digital assets, broker-dealers, EB-5, fund formation, compliance and governance matters, including litigation, arbitration and enforcement for clients in the USA and abroad. I am also a Chairperson-trained arbitrator for FINRA, NFA and the London Court of International Arbitration, as well as a Rule 31 Mediator with the Tennessee Supreme Court.
I am an ambassador for and active member of Wyoming Blockchain Coalition, assisting an amazing group of people innovate and legislate to welcome the new digital economy to the USA by way of Wyoming. Proud to have had a part in drafting the most progressive legislation for digital assets in the USA.
